I was responding specifically to your statement "Having politicians pass laws that interfere with free speech is wrong" and this is exactly what the judge found that DeSantis did. Moreover, it's not the only First Amendment case DeSantis has lost (and he has another in the pipeline that he is likely to lose).

Yet conservatives applaud his obviously illegal behavior while continuing to accuse private parties of First Amendment violations (a legal impossibility). Bottom line - While making lots of noise about the First Amendment, today's GOP is the one actively violating it while accusing others who are constitutionally incapable of First Amendment violations of doing so. Typical wingnut projection to cover for their own transgressions.
