So by your argument, if I rob a bank and I claim that the bank enticed me with a vault full of cash, I can expect to be exonerated? Sorry no, in our legal system its the crime that matters, not the circumstances or the environment.
As for an informant getting special treatment, that is quite normal and is at the discretion of the DA. Why is that a conspiracy?
