Your characterization is flawed. Sandy Berger "stole". Clinton's handling of confidential material was deemed negligent, not gross misconduct. As far as I know, Trump's folks were
cooperating with the FBI. Then, the raid.
I'm sure we've not heard the complete story on this, but I doubt seriously there was "theft" or "stealing". Hell, the FBI was there months before the raid and knew what was there.
And what exactly did Trump lie to the FBI about regarding these records?
