Anybody with half a brain recognized full well that Barr's preemptive characterization of the Mueller report was a dishonest attempt to undermine it. Even the normally taciturn Mueller wrote that Barr's summary of the Mueller investigation "did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance of this Office's work and conclusions."
I understand that your characterization of the whole Mueller investigation as a hoax (no collusion, no obstruction) has been dashed by what we know about Roger Stone and Paul Manafort (collusion) and now this (obstruction) as well as Barr's efforts thru Durham to undermine the investigation's predicate (witch hunt). Sad.
