I suppose it would have been more accurate if I had described Trumpism as an authoritarian nationalist cult, though it's a distinction without a difference. If you don't view Trumpism and those who promote it (CPAC, TPA) to be fascists or at least aspirational authoritarians, that's on you. You should probably delve a bit deeper into reading about fascism, its history, attributes and ideals. It might shake you out of your embrace of it.
