What is this "presidential immunity," absolute no less?* The words aren't in the Constitution. Why should a president deserve, or need, immunity? Absolute powers like this sound like absolute monarchy, or dictatorship. The claim is a brazen power grab.
* on edit: oh yes, robust too. Forgot to include robust. After all, absolute isn't enough to describe this president's very very special immunity.
