When someone gloats over their supposed success in 'making a snowflake cry,' malice is self-evident. It's a rather larger task to show nasty condescending liberals were goading him on purpose. Not that it doesn't happen, mind, but I don't think such intent should typically be assumed. I actually think it is more typical for haters to project blame on the targets of their hate, claiming that because said targets 'make' the haters feel what they feel, they must be doing it on purpose.

Nonetheless, I take your point. Empathy should extend to people of conservative disposition, too. One should be kind if possible, and it is said to always be possible.*
