In my past was a pretty good poker player and seemed to size up pretty well a bluff. I do not think Putin is bluffing....
I will grant the west and NATO is tipping their hand a little to much. It may be more useful to have China scared of being down wind....
NATO needs to play a better game. Granted it is herding cats keeping all the member on one page. But Putin is a bully and only fears another bully!
