AS I see it Putin takes all or part of Ukraine, NATO and European allies say no further, an embolden Putin pushes further, war breaks out with NATO, including the US going all out but no nukes, Putin acts to launch nukes to retaliate but will commanders under him execute the order knowing that it will begin an ELE?
