Why should he be worried. In the unlikely even he's ever convicted of anything, let alone jailed, as soon as the next Repub is appointed president he'll be pardoned on inauguration day before anybody get's dressed for the inaugural ball that night. That is unless all his legal woes "disappear" after the 2022 election.
