Israel, the first country to latch on to the Pfizer vaccine is now making a fourth shot available to its citizens 60 and older. I am sure we will follow this soon. Interestingly though, Omicron variant is reported to be able to break through those with who are immunized, but they typically do not wind up on ventilators. We are still in the very early stages so remains to be seen how different this variant is. We got out booster shots in September and if offered another booster, we will certainly get it. Some immunity is better than no immunity.
