There are enough goobers who love him for it and will send their last penny to him, which with his Super Pac will find its way into his pockets. And the GOP is petrified of him. So if you are Trump, what is not to like? Live in his beach house, next to his golf course, the governor on standby to lick his boots, family and cronies nearby. Cure for Trumpism may be worse than the Maga disease.
