Talk is cheap. Mitch knows he really has nothing to do with discipline in the House, and won't have to back up his words.

Mitch in general wishes the 'sensible, corporate' GOP was not stuck riding the crazy tiger, but doesn't know how to get off. Has no stomach for a tiger fight.
