She has birthright citizenship, not natural-born citizenship. Birthright citizenship simply means you're the daughter or son of an American citizen and filed the appropriate paperwork with the US government. Natural-born, on the other hand, could mean a lot of things but it's a question SCOTUS has yet to answer. It could mean royalty or it could mean born on sovereign US soil. I tend to think the former is most probable given the context in which Constitution was written. UK could have easily endeavored to send a prince or princess here to win the Presidency effectively giving the country back to the Crown.

I was glad Cruz lost the primary because he would have been challenged by Democrats on his eligibility to hold the office.
Tammy Duckworth is not going to be Biden's VP. Transition is going to be hard enough without triggering VP eligibility lawsuits and potentially having a VP vacancy.
