Steve is correct about police unions. The Fraternal Order of Police was started by Jimmy Hoffa, the mafia.
The 'prisons for profit' system is corrupt, but the masses can't seem to govern themselves in any civilized fashion.
Mob rule (not meaning the mafia) is a form terrorism. The fact President Trump agrees with me on this point is coincidental.
Do not disband the police in any cities. It's foolish.
