I had a son murdered in Phoenix 6 years ago and that case is still pending extradition. The paperwork alone is just getting finalized so it can be sent to Mexico. Top that off with my little sister being a Maricopa county superior court justice living in Phoenix and it just goes to show you that even a judge can't do much when they are ethical and caught in a conflict of interest scenario.
I have many examples, but don't ever think for a minute that our court system is geared to help the lower class.
