Well the whole thing is moot, frex, our first granddaughter was born in San Francisco to an American mother and a Canadian father - she is an American citizen partly because she was born here. Our second granddaughter was born to the same parents in Ottawa, Canada - she is also an American citizen by virtue of the fact that her mother is an American who has more than the required number of years of residency in the United States. Because of their father (my son) they are also Canadian citizens and will have dual citizenship. Dobbs is aware of this but he is so busy admiring Lou Dobbs he won't admit it.

Obama's mother was an American citizen with the necessary years of residency, he could have been born in Timbuctoo and would still be a US citizen - case closed.
