There's no way Trump and his clan could orchestrate an organized rebellion within the military forces of the USA.

Suppose 40% of the USAF wanted to splinter off from the 60% that remained loyal to the US Constitution.

Do you think the splinter/Trump faction would catch the loyal faction by surprise ? How many airplanes and bombs could they liberate ?

Same for the Army, Navy, and Marines. You think they could fragment without the other side knowing about it in advance ?

A Military Coup would be possible, if they all stayed together, but splintering along political lines is not.

Regarding the Militias, State Governors would call upon their home state National Guard to put them down. I really don't think a militia could gain access to enough heavy armament quick enough to be a threat to any wing of the military.

I'll use my home state, Kansas, as an example. Suppose 24,000 men armed with ARs and AKs and unlimited ammo wanted to control the region. They would have to be very discreet in their communications, and have a very well though out plan.

They would have to simultaneously assassinate about five key figures, including the Governor, and Adjunct General of the National Guard. Assassinate the people who are next in the chain of command, just to sow chaos. And over run a dozen National Guard Armories to get tanks. The ammo is stored somewhere else. They'd have to get that ammo. And fuel. Then blast their way to a rendezvous point. And then their rebellion buddies from the USAF would provide air support.

I don't really see it happening.
