Whether you believe climate change is real or not is a topic that sidetracks us from a core issue. The real question is;
Who are the morons who really WANT to stick with expensive, inefficient, finite and dirty burning fuel sources?
Seriously, it really is that simple. Think about it, Climate issues aside, why in the hell does the average American think it's so important that we "save coal"? Why in the hell do we cling to the idea of burning petroleum products? I say the average American because we know damn well why the businessmen and politicians do what they do. THAT'S all about money. But, the average schmuck actually CARES whether his vehicle is powered with electricity vs. internal combustion...…...WHY? They have a thing for breathing hydrocarbon exhaust? They LIKE paying $3+ a gallon for gasoline? I wonder how many would stand in line to have their home heat converted back to coal so they can have big fun shoveling it into the furnace at 3 a.m.?
Jobs? Wasn't it not all that long ago that it was REPUBLICANS who would tell people "If you lose your job, stop whining, lift yourself up and go find some other way to make your living!"? Now, they want to start digging up more coal up because there are too many hillbillies...….Oh sorry, my bad.....pro-Trump voters on food stamps in Kentucky and West Virginia.
