So, you have a Right Wing hack, fronting for a Right Wing anti-abortion group, who writes a column in the Right Wing rag, the Washington Times. Then three Right Wing congressmen in a Republican controlled House under the leadership of Dick Armey get this thing on the floor for a vote and it passes. But, apparently, the thing stunk so badly that the Republican-controlled Senate failed to pass a similar resolution.
