So we prevent kids in school from getting killed, but how about kids in malls and movie theaters to name a couple. Unless you believe that kids in schools are any more special than others.
I know the pictures can be powerful on TV.
Trust me, if this keeps up, people will begin to live in fortresses like Quebec City.
