What would prevent something from happening tomorrow? I'm talking about taking steps to prevent something from happening tomorrow. Meaning preventative steps that can be put in place as soon as February 21, 2018. That disqualifies the discussion of gun control legislation because such legislation could not be passed in time to be effective tomorrow.
