Yeh, but it is the
American Center for Law and Justice filing the lawsuit. It just has to be the right thing to do.
Also, is it not a bit ironic that a Conservative group is turning to the (activist) courts to overturn a decision by local government? What about all the conservative hot buttons they seem to be turning against- judicial activism, local governance, property rights, .........?
