Well, it doesn't take a genius to figure that out. Is that love? Sure. But it isn't the fat old man who has to take a pill to perform that she loves. It's his money. The guy gets what he wants, the pretty young thing gets what she wants but what's going on there isn't "love", it's a business transaction. So long as both parties agree, it's all good IMHO. But let's just call it what it really is.
