So, bottom line - while nothing that is covered in the article actually rises to the level of a conflict of interest as defined by current law, WaPo put it out there anyway and packaged it like is was a problem for Trump.
Cheney certainly got by, with Halliburton a major contractor / beneficiary of OIF.
