The men I know who feel threatened by strong women, are shy and uneasy around all but a floor mat of a woman. The ones who's Mothers I knew, all seem to be timid and afraid of their Husbands. Husbands were the dominant force in the household.
The men seem to feel the need to have power over women and if not use ugly words with a snicker to describe them.
