And, oh my, it quotes from the same press release! . Do you really need someone to explain what the above quoted section of the press release means?

And by the way counselor, since it was a press release concerning the company's position about a financial move that is being contested in court, I have no doubt the language in that press release was reviewed, possibly written by, and approved by a member of your profession.
