I'm pretty much swolllen up like a toad, too. 190 lbs of a 5'8" frame. Used to hang around 135-145 before my back went bad. Every time I try to whup myself back into shape, I pretty much whup myself into a G-chair. Cain't cut the mustard anymore. BTW, I've a couple of years on ya.
Thank god I'm one of them corporate executives, CEO as a matter of fact, and I kin hide out under the air squezzer processing paperwork for my favorite uncle, Uncle Sammy...you know 'em.
Did get out for a couple of hours and help my "boys" tear off a roof last week. Never ceases to amaze me how I can drag my old, worn out fat ass onto the job for a couple of hours and triple production.
