This country passed Medicare in 1964, with a substantial number of Republican votes. And got the program up and running in a matter of months. Now Bernie mentions extending that program to everyone and what happens. The same thing for income tax. He proposes a 52% top bracket, which is 38% less than it was in the 1950's and he's called batshit crazy. He's not batshit crazy. It's the rest of the country that is.

The trouble is that it doesn't matter what you think. There are likely millions of people who agree with the description of Sanders and will vote accordingly.
