The Paul brand is smoke and mirrors with little or no actual accomplishment legislatively.
If I am not mistaken he may have been influential in the elimination of meta data collection but that might not be a good thing. His support of Snowden doomed him. Subsequent terrorist attacks and ISIS have blunted the younger Paul's message considerably among the Cold War Liberal crowd.
