I think polls are meaningless for a variety of reasons.
When it comes right down to it.... The only poll that counts is the poll the voters complete on Election Day with their votes.

IMO, most polls are manipulated by posing questions to elicit a particular response just for the effect. Probably funded by campaign themselves to get you headlines. Then there is another faction like the silent majority, who are upset with polling/pollsters and would deliberately lie. I know I would. A large number people are truly undecided till they go to the polls and this is a faction that the pollsters want to but never will corral.
