Tax cut for the rich and poor, but of course the rich fare far better. People below $25K annual income pay no taxes. Above $150K, their tax rate lowered from 40% to 25%.
And this from the guy who will fight for the average person.
As I've always felt, this guy is a fraud. But let's pray that his audience buys it for the next six months. The Dems with Hillary still leading the polls need all the help they can get.
