Pragmatically speaking then Hillary is the best candidate if you want social welfare programs funded. Bush will not do that, and Sanders would most likely not win on a national ticket. I don't want to mention the nativist. You might not like her but she is the only one capable of extending Obama's agenda and at worst is a block against the idiots in the other Party.
