His rhetoric isn't "far left". It's left, of course, the same way that Sweden or Denmark is left, but I haven't heard Bernie say anything about nationalizing critical industries or collectivizing agricultural production.
This idea that Bernie is an extremist hurts his chances and is, more important, completely wrong. Bernie is where most Americans are on most issues and they'd realize it if they stopped listening to the media and start listening to
him.
