Getting angry over a symbol would be an example of a thing one should let go--that's on either side of this fight.
Not that I hold with waving that flag. But as long as it's individuals, not the government, you have to let them. You can't lock them up, much as matteos in a moment of fascist emotion wants to, and you shouldn't hate on them for it.
