I'm not denying the prevalence of police brutality, yet I do believe that each incident stands or falls on its own merits and is hence anecdotal. For example, I believe that the cop in Ferguson was innocent, but also believe that the Baltimore cops are likely guilty.
In other words, before I'm willing to jump to any broader conclusions, I'd rather use adjudicated cases as my statistical basis, not any knee-jerk assumptions as to what went down on cases where investigations and subsequent legal proceedings aren't complete.
