If Brown was
a) running
b) charging
c) racing
toward Wilson, then he would have bounced and skidded on his chin and face when he face planted. His face would have surface abrasions that would support that he was moving forward at some rate of speed.

There were no significant abrasions.

Of all the witnesses whose accounts I read, and I read them all, the one that made sense did not make a clear story. It was the retired gentleman who knew Big Mike, and saw him fleeing, stop, look at his arm, and slowly walk stumble back toward Wilson, struggling to keep his feet under him.

As far as Dorian's testimony goes, he was not a long term friend of Brown's. He knew him, felt Brown was on the up and up, and happened to walk with him to the store. He was not a huge proponent of the "hands up" that you all are making him out to be.
