The Post Dispatch is well on their way to winning a Pulitzer Prize for journalism, as today they came out with an analytical article on the great white underbelly of the municipal courts system of St. Louis county. For those of you who don't live near St. Louis, some of the byzantine comings and goings won't make much sense, but you will be able to glean a fair amount from the info.
