And when the SCOTUS is reconfigured after another 8 years of Democrat control of the Oval Office and it finds that the intent of the founders was not what has ended up being the democratized gun carnage we have in this country...you'll be pissing and moaning about an activist court. When all that's changed is that it's shifted to a progressively activist court from a conservatively activist court.
Regarding what is and is not "tyranny"...seems to me we live in a democracy, which when it comes down to it is nothing more than the tyranny of the majority. And with the electorate we have, it's all too often the tyranny of the of the intellectually lazy-ass, ignorant majority.
