Bullshit! My cousin up in Hampton, Iowa got tasered and rag dolled by the cops because he has a muscular condition, along with neurological damage, and cannot bring his left arm down to his waist. He could not comply when the pigs told him to put his arm behind his back.
Guess what that got him? A can of cop whup ass for failure to comply. I heard after the medical bills, right now he is about 90k ahead, but he also now has regular epileptic seizures.
