No Zeke, when you do a character analysis on whether to hire a person, you research whether they have ANY conduct unbecoming. Do they lie, do they cheat, do they steal, have they evidenced any behaviour that sends up a red flag?
If I were an HR director, I would not have hired any of them based on their previous background and behaviour pattern. Character deficiencies show up in the oddest and most unpredictable fashion, especially when under extreme duress and stress. The fact that these officers killed citizens that were unarmed, had little inclination to immediately visit violence on the officer, and also all where ignored on the ground when they needed first responder medical attention reveals where police trained has been short circuited.
