So the answer is to sock it to the poor of course. They can't afford a decent used car now anyway, since CforC had all the cheap clean used ones scrapped.
As a side benefit all good Americans of correct thinking can ditch the Explorer and buy a Toyota.
I doubt we'll need to raise gas prices, enough states follow NY and we'll have the joyous days of $4/gal gas again
