After being initially sucked into the rogue cop scenario and seeing the evidence was lacking, I decided to open my mind and let the evidence speak for itself. I think credible evidence has carried the day over what some folk would have preferred to meet preconceived conclusions. I see the poor initial response and the prior history of the FPD vs the vid of Brown in the store as a wash for making a predetermination in my mind on this. Most of the so-called witnesses were not and wilted when questioned for specifics.
Officer Darren Wilson will not be prosecuted for defending himself from assault and preventing the perpetrator from taking refuge and hostages in the community.
Case closed, AFAIK.
