A public trial will bring out all of the admissible evidence in this case. This may include other cases of police misconduct by the Ferguson PD. Chances are the PD will be wholly discredited and may have to be disbanded. In fact Eric Holder is already hinting that their PD needs to be reformed.
This Grand Jury deliberations and dragging it out is an act desperation by the powers to be in Ferguson to prolong the inevitable. The chief is already being measured for golden handcuffs.
Maybe a good shoot but definitely not good governance.
