Seems pretty plain to me.
I don't know if you've ever had gun pointed at you Don but I can tell you this much, you comply with whatever is demanded of you, be it a copper or an armed robber demanding your wallet. You definitely don't resist arrest unless you want your ass beat and/or shot.
