If by "fix" you mean two independent autopsy reports supporting Wilson's account as well as other evidence at the scene contradicting -- well known as fallible -- eyewitness accounts.

If by "fix," you mean an officer wholly in the right protecting himself from an entitlement robber filled with illegal narcotics...
