Frank Hermann from the "Stuttgarter Zeitung" asked for the name of the officer who arrested him. He got this pretty meaningful answer: "Donald Duck!"
It was not a very good idea to shoot another Afro-American close to Ferguson. What Ferguson needs is an effective de-escalation. Instead the police pours gas into the fire.
