IUD's and RU-486 are both FDA-approved therapies with excellent safety records. Should your employer be able to pick and choose which FDA-approved therapies that your family is allowed to avail themselves of? A lot of religious people will say that it is "God's will" when somebody (including themselves) come down with a disease and will therefore defer/reject FDA-approved (and effective) treatment. Do you want to cede such decisions to your employer?
