In 2002 I had a seat on a B-17. Just before the flight Jack Roush asked if any of us wanted to fly with him in his P-51. Talk about having too many cool things to choose from. My head was spinning.
The first time I saw a B-17 I was mowing the yard. That came to a halt real quick as the plane flew over.
