Usually I'd agree, but I live in the slum of this particular town and it's still very nice. I looked it up - it's in the top 10 per capita income in the state. I moved in last year. Everyone is, um, nice. So nice it's almost creepy. On the plus side car watching is fun.

My rent is around $750 a month including water and heat. Not many would call 820 sf and no garage very rich-like. And the killer, I gave up my AR9s
